- Dealers will focus on sales and customer experience; Sutton’s organization will manage import logistics, compliance and central support.
- All vehicles will be fully homologated for the UK and backed by warranty, finance and aftersales programs.
- Showroom co-location with other brands is permitted, and dealers will engage in brand-building via pop-ups and event appearances.
Operations and support hub
The Staples Corner flagship will serve as a reference site and central hub for training, logistics, parts coordination and technical backup. The facility includes workshop bays with five-tonne lifts and EV-adapted equipment, anticipating future electric models for the UK (timing not yet specified).
Customer profiles and add-on revenue
Target buyers include customers familiar with these vehicles from U.S. travel and enthusiasts of American cars. Retailers will offer accessory packages and services such as paint protection film, specialist finishes, paint treatments, trackers/security installations and part-exchange options to enhance margins and ownership experience.
Leadership and rollout
U.S. brand specialist Paul Collins has been appointed head of network and business development to lead retailer recruitment, display/branding standards, customer experience benchmarks and ongoing sales/aftersales support. GM Europe leadership emphasized a curated selection of North American models delivered through the London facility and the forming nationwide network.
